Who we are
YoursTruly Recruitment is a London-based recruitment agency working with care and healthcare providers. We specialise in Registered Manager appointments — the roles that carry the most weight in a regulated service, and the hardest ones to get wrong.
We are a specialist agency rather than a volume one. That is a deliberate choice: it means we take the time to understand a service before we start searching, and it shapes how we screen the people we put forward.

We are based in London and work with providers across the capital. Where we can support a requirement properly elsewhere in the UK, we are glad to talk about it — we would rather be honest about our reach than overstate it.

Healthcare recruitment only
We recruit for care and healthcare services and nothing else. That focus means we understand the settings, the roles and the regulatory context a provider is working in, rather than learning it on your vacancy.

Registered Manager expertise
Registered Manager recruitment is our core work, both interim and permanent, across care homes, domiciliary care and supported living services. We know what the role demands and what a provider needs to see before appointing.

Relationship driven
We would rather work with a smaller number of providers properly than send CVs in volume. You deal with people who know your service, remember the last conversation and can be straight with you about a candidate.

Compliance focused
Verification is part of how we work rather than a final hurdle. We agree the checks a role requires with you before we begin, and we are clear about what has been completed and what is still outstanding.

Temporary healthcare staffing
We are building a temporary staffing service for healthcare assistants, carers and nurses, held to the same compliance standard as our leadership appointments. Register your interest and we will let you know when it launches.
Our commitments
Being straight with you
Recruitment has a reputation, and some of it is earned. These are the things we hold ourselves to.
- We will not tell you a check has been completed when it has not.
- We will not put a candidate forward we would not be comfortable recommending.
- We will not send a candidate’s CV or details to a provider without their agreement.
- If we do not think we can help with a role, we will say so rather than waste your time.
