Recruitment that treats you like a person, not a CV
Plenty of agencies will send your CV everywhere and hope something sticks. We would rather understand what you actually want, and only put you forward where it makes sense.
That means fewer calls from us, and the ones you do get are about roles worth hearing about.

Frequently asked questions
If your question is not here, ask us — we would rather answer it properly than have you guess.
What roles do you recruit for?
At the moment we recruit Registered Managers and other care management roles, both interim and permanent. Healthcare assistant, carer and nursing roles will follow when our temporary staffing service launches — register now and we will be in touch when it does.
How do I register?
Use the Register Your Interest form. It asks for your contact details, the type of role you are after, your experience, and your right to work, DBS and registration position. It takes a few minutes.
Can I upload my CV?
Yes, and we ask you to. You can upload a PDF, DOC or DOCX file up to 5MB as part of registering. Your CV is stored privately and is only seen by our recruitment team.
Do I need a DBS?
Most healthcare roles require an enhanced DBS check, and having one on the Update Service makes things quicker. You do not need one to register with us — tell us where you stand and we will explain what a particular role requires.
Do you recruit nurses?
Nursing roles will be part of our temporary staffing service, which is not yet operational. You are welcome to register now and we will contact you when it launches.
Do you recruit healthcare assistants?
Healthcare assistant and carer roles will be part of our temporary staffing service, which is being built. Register your interest and we will let you know as soon as it is running.
What happens after I register?
Our recruitment team reviews your registration against the roles we are working on. If there is something suitable we will contact you to talk it through before doing anything with your details. If there is nothing right now we keep your record on file and come back to you when there is.
Will you share my details with employers?
Not without your agreement. We will always speak to you about a specific role before sending your CV or details to a provider.
